Chief Finance Officer (CFO)
I qualified as a Chartered Accountant with PwC in Newcastle in 1999. Since leaving practice, I have over 25 years of experience in senior finance roles in a number of industries and varied environments including plcs, owner managed businesses and PE backed companies. The last 18 years have been in Board positions including seven years as Finance Director of a health and social care provider.
During my time in health and social care, I have been struck by the dedication and skill of the colleagues I work with, and the difference they make to the lives of the people they support.
Therefore, I was excited at the opportunity to join a company whose values centre on the supported people and the colleagues that support them when I was appointed to the Board of Hesley Group as CFO in August 2024.
